The following terms and conditions apply to all use of and orders placed on SAR website SAR reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with any changes. By using the website and/or placing an order on the website, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.


Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation by email.


All orders placed on SAR website are stored in our customer system. Information being saved is customer shipping and billing address, and order history.

You can choose your own password for log in. Here you can view your own profile which contains order history and information like customer shipping and billing address. All profiles can be deleted by contacting us at


Prices are shown in your local currency. Prices do not include delivery charges nor custom fees.

Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to pay customs duties and other applicable taxes. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information.

If the package is not picked up by the customer and it incurred costs as a result of this, the customer is liable for the additional costs and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, additional payments, charges, taxes, fees for pre-payments, return costs, charges, etc.

SAR reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Then you will be informed by e-mail.

If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized with ring sizers at most local jewelry stores.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may exchange it for store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping must be paid by customer. Since items are made to order, some items are not eligible for return- such as rings in very small or very large sizes and pieces with engraving.

The item must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way. Nor must it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria:
Place the product in a padded shipping box or padded envelope. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Send the package to: SAR studio, Barrenjoey rd 622, Avalon Beach 2107, Australia.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Sar studio and are confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or type if available in stock. You will be charged for the new postage of the return. 

It is required that you track all shipments and package the piece securely. SAR Jewelry is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

What is procedure for refunds or credit notes?

If you opt for a credit note the whole amount of your purchase minus shipping costs will be refunded to you.

All items marked final sale, items on markdown, 9k gold pieces, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales cannot be returned.

Bespoke items cannot be returned.


All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. SAR will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety. Personal data collected from customers online consists of name, address (both shipping and billing addresses), email address and telephone number. SAR may also store information regarding your purchases, information regarding product and size, and purchase price and date.

SAR use “Cookies” (Read more under “Cookies” below) and track IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance your experience. SAR does not sell or rent out personal customer data. You are entitled at any time to request access to and correction of all personal data you have provided to us, or to request removal of your name and other personal data from SAR customer database.
